After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our members, employees, and the communities we serve, we have made the decision to close our branch lobbies and leave our drive-thru services open beginning Tuesday, November 10th.  Experts believe that if we all temporarily limit close personal contact with those outside our households, everyone will benefit as this precautionary step will slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Although this was not an easy decision, we feel it is the right decision to safeguard the health and well-being of our members and employees while still enabling us to continue to fulfill our mission of serving members.  While we recognize that limiting in-person lobby services may be an inconvenience, please be assured that we offer many 24/7 account access options for you.  Below are several ways you can access your account with H&H FCU:

  • Telephone: You can reach us at 806-878-2452 Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00.
  • Branch 24/7 Online & Mobile Banking & Billpay: If you haven’t done so already, visit myhhfcu.org to sign up for Branch 24/7 Online Banking , so you may begin accessing your account information from your computer. You may then download our mobile app from the Apple app store or the Google app store to access your account information on your mobile device.  You will then be able to review balances, and transactions, transfer money, and pay bills online.
  • Online Loan Applications:  Please go to our website – myhhfcu.org to submit a loan application online.
  • Drive-thru Services & ATM: Both branches have drive-thru services available from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm. We have an ATM located at our  Borger Branch 500 W. Grand Borger, TX.  We also have a surcharge free ATM network, MoneyPass.  Visit myhhfcu.org to locate the nearest surcharge free ATM to you.

We also understand that given these special circumstances related to COVID-19, you may find yourself in financial hardship.  H&H FCU is here to help and we encourage members who may be impacted to reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance.

We will continue to do our best to make necessary adjustments during this evolving situation, and we will provide you with any new information as necessary.

Sincerely,

Tina Hunter, CEO
